Personal data processed through this website

• Contact form (/contactus): the name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message you enter, so that we can reply.
• Appointment booking (Book a Consultation): the name, e-mail address and phone number you enter and the time slot you choose, so that the meeting can take place.
• Helpdesk tickets (Support Portal): the subject, description, attachments and contact details you submit with a ticket, so that it can be handled.
• Cookies: the cookies described on the Cookie Policy page. Optional cookies are only set after you choose "I agree" in the cookie bar; "Cookie Preferences" in the footer reopens that choice.
• Server logs: the web server records requests (page address, time, IP address, browser identification) as every web server does, for security and troubleshooting.

This website runs on Odoo, which stores the data above in the company's Odoo database. It does not use advertising networks.
