From order link to plate
Five contract customers get tomorrow's order link. Two change their quantities, one cancels the day, the deadline confirms the rest, the kitchen list is final and the vans leave with their delivery notes.
The catering platform is Nimex engineering in production on Odoo 18. WhatsApp messages go through the WhatsApp Web protocol, not the official WhatsApp Business API. Menus are the contract's own; menu planning, recipes and ingredient stock are not part of the platform.
